Want to use the Enchanted Awakenings Event Space ?
When first looking at the space, Bonnie's thought behind adding this space was two-fold.
- The first was to give Enchanted Boutique a bigger classroom space and an area to do special events
- The second was to make it available for others to use for lectures, classes, group events, circles, drumming & singing bowl events, private events, art shows, and meet-ups.
Information on the space
Please note: Book early! Especially, if you want a weekend date for your event.
2 Areas are available:
EVENT AREA (Front Area)
Space is approximately 270 square feet
Includes: Counter for refreshments, snacks, etc. and water feature (Highlighting the 4 elements).
Space is approximately 225 square feet
Available for both areas:
· WiFi Internet Connection available
· Both areas can be set up for lectures, meet-ups, circle work, lectures, or classes
· Up to 9 (4’ x 2’) tables are available
· Up to 40 chairs are available for both areas (more chairs coming soon) Set up can be done a variety of ways and the capability
Normal Operating Hours:
Sunday 12 - 6 pm
Monday 12 - 8 pm
Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 8 pm
We do not lease out the space for a "take" on your ticket sales or attendance fees. Please do not ask us to do so.
Fee Schedule for one of either the classroom or front area:
Events with an admission fee: 1 hours event time with 30 minutes before and after for set up & clean up time (2 hours total) $40. Additional time is $15 per extra hour.
Daily rates are available: $120 (for 8 hours, including set up and tear down time.) Additional time is $15 per extra hour.
Events using both areas would be slightly less than double the above rates.
Reoccurring Events - Book more than 3 events at the same time and save 15% on the scheduling fees.
Events without an admission fee or non-profit events: Please talk to Bonnie about the rates for these events.
Advertising fees: $25 for us to advertise your event by the means of one or more of the following:
- On our Facebook page(s)
- On our website(s)
- Flyers in the shop and/or event center
- Posting of signs in the shop and/or event center..
Scheduling fees: $25 for us to add your event to our scheduling system for reservations for your event. Additional fees may apply if you want us to collect your ticket/entrance fees ($$$) to cover credit card fees and accounting fees.
Extended Hours User fees: $10 per hour will be apply for time not within our normal business hours.
